Refunds
Last updated 20 October 2026
If Playproof doesn't work for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email refunds@playproof.app from the address you bought with, or include your order number. That's all. The refund goes through Stripe to the payment method you used; it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. You can also ask Link's support, which handles purchases sold through Link.
A refund ends the licence: browsers where the key was active go back to the free version the next time Playproof checks it — usually within a day of using it.
Before you buy
The free version has every tool, with a limit of 25 tracks per job. Try it on your own music and with your own player first — that tells you more than any refund policy.
Your legal rights
If you're a consumer with a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, as in the EU, EEA and UK, this policy covers it: within 14 days you get a full refund, whatever the reason. After 14 days, refunds for a change of mind are at our discretion.
Separately, if Playproof doesn't work as described, you have rights that last well beyond 14 days. Tell us, and we'll fix it or refund you. See the terms.
